2. Legal bases for processing
Personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016) and the Polish Personal Data Protection Act of 10 May 2018.
3. Scope, purposes and legal bases of processing
Depending on how you use the Site, the Controller may process the following data:
3.1. Contact by phone, email and social media
When you contact the Controller (by phone, by email, or through Instagram or Facebook), the data you provide is processed: your first and last name, phone number, email address and the content of your message. This data is processed in order to handle your enquiry and to give you information about the training, on the basis of the Controller's legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), and where the contact is aimed at concluding a contract, on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
3.2. Contact form
When you send a message through the form available on the Site, you provide: your first and last name, email address, optionally a phone number, and the content of your message. Your IP address and browser information are saved together with the submission - solely to prevent abuse and to keep the Site secure (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). The submission is delivered to the Controller's inbox and to the message archive in the Site's admin panel, and an automatic confirmation of receipt is sent to the email address you provided. Providing your data is voluntary, but necessary for a reply to be given. The legal basis for processing is the consent given when the form is submitted, together with the Controller's legitimate interest in handling correspondence (Article 6(1)(a) and (f) GDPR), and where the enquiry is aimed at concluding a contract - Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
3.3. Conclusion and performance of the training contract
If you sign up for the training, the data necessary to conclude and perform the contract and to settle payments is processed: first and last name, contact details, invoicing details. The legal basis for processing is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract) and Article 6(1)(c) GDPR (the Controller's tax and accounting obligations).
3.4. Technical data and cookies
While you use the Site, standard technical data is collected automatically: IP address, browser type and basic server logs, all necessary for the correct and secure operation of the Site (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Detailed rules on the use of cookies are set out in the Cookie Policy.
4. Data recipients
Personal data may be entrusted to entities whose services the Controller uses to the extent necessary to run the Site and deliver the training, in particular: the hosting provider, email service providers, the accounting office and payment operators. These entities process the data under data processing agreements and solely in line with the Controller's instructions.
Data is neither sold nor shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
5. Data retention periods
- data from the contact form and other correspondence: for as long as the correspondence continues, and then for the period necessary to establish or defend against potential claims (no longer than 3 years from the last contact),
- data related to a contract: for the term of the contract and for the period required by tax and accounting regulations (as a rule 5 years from the end of the tax year),
- technical data and logs: for the period necessary to keep the Site secure and working correctly.
6. Your rights
In connection with the processing of your personal data you have the following rights:
- the right to access your data and to receive a copy of it,
- the right to rectification (correction) of your data,
- the right to erasure of your data,
- the right to restriction of processing,
- the right to data portability,
- the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest,
- the right to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal),
- the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa, uodo.gov.pl).

7. Voluntary nature of providing data
Providing personal data is voluntary, but it is necessary in order to handle your enquiry or to conclude a contract for participation in the training. Without it, contact or delivery of the service may not be possible.
8. Profiling and automated decision-making
The Controller does not take decisions concerning users of the Site based solely on automated processing, including profiling, that would produce legal effects for them.
9. Social media
The Site contains links to the Controller's profiles on Instagram and Facebook (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.). Once you move to those services, data processing takes place in accordance with the terms and privacy policies of their operators. The Controller and Meta may act as joint controllers with respect to page statistics, within the meaning of the case law of the Court of Justice of the European Union.
10. Data security
The Controller applies technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk, including an encrypted TLS connection (HTTPS), restricted access to data and regular updates of the Site's software.
11. Changes to this privacy policy
